Thank you to the folks who've emailed me regarding the
question posed about a local bus (see below). So far the
feedback has been positive. Keep the emails coming.

Hello Travelers:
Fuel costs are still rising! $4.00 a
gallon by the Summertime?
Attention cruise passengers living in Sarasota and Manatee
counties.
Dear Neighbor and Fellow Passenger:
The crew at Shipdetective wants to buy a bus or limo and
offer transport services to and from the Port of Tampa
and Port Canaveral. They say we should do our part to
conserve energy and ease highway congestion.
In addition to doing our part to help drive gas prices down,
the crew thinks "fun" should be part of the mix. Like
offering beverages, snacks, and entertainment onboard. You
know, a more comfortable ride - not like that other bus
service that stops at the local fast-food restaurant to pick
you up, and then won't let you eat or drink onboard.
I appreciate the idea of having a ride that offers a more
relaxed atmosphere. I envision a Shipdetective "party bus"
painted in psychedelic colors cruising down I-4 with happy
travelers. Just wondering if my fellow passengers in the
Sarasota area agree. If so,
send me an email and vote yes to the party bus.
