Wind Spirit Overview
The Wind Spirit offers 4 decks totaling 10,200 sq ft (948 sq m). The ship measures 360 ft (110 m) and the Beam measures 52.1 (15.8 m) ft. 4 masts at 204 ft (62 m). There are six triangular, self-furling, computer operated sails with almost 21,500 sq. ft (2,200 sq. m) of Dacron surface area. 3 diesel electric generating set and 1 electrical propulsion motor. The ship sails at 10-12 knots with engines and up to 15 knots with wind and engines.
